So, I've been reading this wonderful book called "Your Brain: The Missing Manual", specifically the chapter on sleep, and the need for sleep.
I don't usually get more than seven or eight hours of sleep a night, if that. (this chica is known for going to sleep as the sun rises and waking up at noon to eat...) Does anyone really ever get a full 8 hour sleep cycle? Knowing the importance of sleeping the right way (set bed time, with an alarm to wake you up。。)apparently has hugely justifiable health benefits.
Never again will I stay up past 4am (unless I am finishing a test or studying something intentely...) And no
